A leading sports organization seeks an Assistant Coach for the Reading Royals to support team preparation and player development. The role involves working closely with the Head Coach and mentoring players while fostering a high-performance culture. Ideal candidates will have previous coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a background in hockey tactics.

The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of team preparation, player development, and game strategy for the Reading Royals. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a high-performance culture on and off the ice. The Assistant Coach contributes to practice planning, video analysis, individual skill development, and bench management, while serving as a positive leader and mentor to players.
This role offers an annual salary of $44,000-$52,000.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.
Santander Arena, located in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania, is a versatile venue that serves as the home arena for the Reading Royals, the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers.
