You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure polished displays, accurate inventory movement, and engaging product storytelling across the Masterpieces and World of Tiffany floors. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily set-up and break-down of High Jewelry product in caselines with precision, care, and attention to detail, adhering to brand standards
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the Masterpieces floor and World of Tiffany floor to ensure product presentation, case standards, and overall floor readiness are maintained at the highest level
  • Partner closely with the Creative Visual Merchandising team to support and execute elevated product displays that reflect brand standards and enhance storytelling
  • Help maintain visual excellence across all High Jewelry presentation areas, ensuring displays are polished, accurate, and aligned with current priorities
  • Support display updates, product rotations, and visual changes as needed in partnership with merchandising and visual teams
  • Replenish packaging and presentation materials on the Masterpieces floor to ensure readiness and consistency for client engagement
  • Support client appointments by assisting with product preparation, presentation, and retrieval, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for High Jewelry clients
  • Partner with Operations and Merchandising teams to support product movement, transfers, and overall product flow within the business
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure High Jewelry product is placed, presented, and tracked accurately
  • Serve as a reliable partner in the execution of merchandising priorities, floor changes, and product-related initiatives
  • Support High Jewelry activations and initiatives primarily through product readiness, display execution, and coordination with key internal partners
  • Partner with the Arts & Culture team on client experiences where product presentation and storytelling are key components
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of Cegid, including basic point-of-sale functions relevant to the role
  • Create PDFs and invoices for High Jewelry product accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks tied to product handling, presentation, and internal coordination
  • Ensure all product-related materials and tools needed for daily business are organized and readily available
  • Post High Jewelry product in the HJ team chat regularly to inspire, educate, and motivate the team
  • Use thoughtful product storytelling to highlight craftsmanship, design details, collection context, and selling moments
  • Contribute to a strong High Jewelry culture by helping keep the team connected to product knowledge and excitement around the business
  • Act as a product ambassador internally by reinforcing the importance of presentation, storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Strong eye for luxury presentation and meticulous attention to detail

The High Jewelry Assistant is responsible for supporting the High Jewelry business through exceptional product presentation, visual merchandising execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays an important part in maintaining the highest standards across the High Jewelry environment, ensuring that product displays are elevated, inventory movement is well supported, and the team remains inspired through strong product storytelling.

This person serves as a key partner to the High Jewelry team, Operations, Merchandising, and Creative Visual Merchandising, helping bring the product to life in a way that reflects the brand’s standards, artistry, and client experience expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The hiring range for this position ranges from $25.53 - $31.48. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
