Responsibilities

• Lead Year 7–12 pastoral and operational aspects across Secondary.
• Oversee Year 7–8 transition and wellbeing programs.
• Support Year Advisors and Secondary Mentors with attendance, progress, and welfare.
• Manage student behaviour using school policies and restorative practices.
• Coordinate camps, events, and daily operations (assemblies, supervision).
• Contribute to subject placement, course selection, and academic tracking.
