Job summary

Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee club operations and ensure a positive member experience while maintaining financial stability. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a high-energy team in the Judgement Free Zone.

Key duties include staffing, scheduling, onboarding, payroll prep, KPI tracking, customer service excellence, and ensuring the club opens/closes properly.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support to the General Manager through team development and analysis of key metrics.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules as coverage is needed.
• Monitor staff to ensure high level of customer service and operational quality.
• Greet members, conduct tours, and lead by example to drive business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member service submissions.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the club.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, initiatives, and policies with the team.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and KPI tracking.
