Job summary

The Little Gym of Eagan is seeking dynamic Assistant Gym Director to support daily operations, enhance member experiences, and lead staff in a fun, fitness-focused environment. You will help design programs, coach clients, and drive engagement while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports coaching or fitness industry roles.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition.
• Certified in first aid, CPR, AED, and manual handling.
• Ability to teach physical education or group fitness classes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in health club management or gym operations desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily gym operations.
• Support staff training and development.
• Lead motivational fitness coaching and personalized workouts.
• Promote a positive environment with strong client rapport.
• Coordinate group fitness classes and safety protocols.
• Assist with fitness sales and membership packages.
