Taymax is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Indiana, PA club to help oversee daily operations and deliver a welcoming "Judgement Free" experience. You will work with the Club Manager to lead staff, schedule shifts, train employees, handle payroll, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The position offers hands-on management responsibility at a Planet Fitness location, with a pay rate of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in gym or retail environments.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff to ensure full shift coverage.
• Assist in payroll processing and back-up support for staff.
• Lead by example in front desk activities and member interactions.
• Help resolve member issues and answer questions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the club and lobby.
• Support marketing efforts and communicate promotions to staff.
