About the Position:

The Assistant Guest Service Manager assists the Guest Service Manager in managing guest flow and service at the front-end to ensure excellent service and operational success.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing front-end and cash procedures, including cash, keys, and safes
• Managing guest flow for optimal shopping experience
• Supervising sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms
• Managing order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction
• Training and motivating team members to provide excellent guest service

Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a guest service role
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
