About the Position:

Assist the Guest Service Manager in managing guest flow and service at the front-end, ensuring excellent service and store results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-end and cash procedures, including cash, key, and safe controls
• Oversee guest flow to ensure operational success and a positive shopping experience
• Lead the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction
• Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service safely and securely

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in a guest service role
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
