About The Position

As an Assistant Guest Service Manager, you will assist the Guest Service Manager with managing the guest flow and service provided at the front‑end of the store to deliver excellent service and achieve results.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for front‑end and cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, key, and the safe
• Manage front‑end guest flow to achieve operational success and an excellent shopping experience every time
• Direct the guest service team, as scheduled, to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and the guest restrooms
• Manage order guides/ordering deadlines/reduce shrink/damage
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members “on‑the‑job” as well as through The Fresh Market’s internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

Availability

This position requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications (At a Minimum)

• 3+ years of experience in a guest service role
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
