Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to lead daily store operations, mentor staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in our nationwide restaurant retail network.

In this hands-on role, you will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance; oversee merchandising, inventory, and P&L; ensure food safety and regulatory compliance; and drive profitable growth through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in grocery, food service, or retail management.
• Leader with collaborative, motivational style and growth mindset.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, loss prevention, and store control.
• Expertise in P&L oversight, payroll, staffing, and training.
