Nbutexas in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to lead a hands-on team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver excellent customer service across store levels.

You will supervise staff, manage staffing and training, and drive profitability through accurate sales reporting and robust inventory control while upholding food safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• 4 years experience in a similar role.

• Warehouse management experience required.
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention.
