Kimberton Whole Foods in Wyomissing is seeking a career-minded, full-time Assistant Grocery Department Head.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday, shifts between 7am-8:30pm
• Starting hourly pay: $19.00 - $23.00

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining stock levels following KWF ordering SOP
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and merchandised according to best practices
• Manage inventory functions and maintain accurate signage
• Collaborate with Department Head & Store Manager on sales performance
• Participate in Manager on Duty shifts as needed
• Perform other assigned duties

• Participate in hiring, evaluation, training, coaching, and staff development
• Uphold store standards for appearance, energy, quality, and cleanliness
• Attend management and departmental meetings
• Foster team development and cohesion through servant leadership
