Job summary

SaddleBrooke TWO, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf course operations, sales, and guest relations. You will assist with handicap/tee sheets, merchandise, and staff coordination, ensuring top-quality service for members and guests.

The role involves operating the shop, providing instruction, and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment at Troon-managed facilities.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in hospitality or golf operations preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the golf facility including sales, merchandising, and POS.
• Manage handicap and tee sheet applications; act as ranger, starter, guest relations, or shop staff.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and ensuring excellent guest service.
