Job summary

Troon, in association with SaddleBrooke TWO in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Golf Shop Attendant to deliver friendly guest service and assist golf professionals with shop operations, merchandise, and activities.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, checking in guests, merchandising, handling green and cart fees, and POS transactions. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly and positive personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Golf knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work 6:00am–6:00pm, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
