Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional in Phoenix to support day-to-day golf operations and elevate the guest experience. You will help create memorable, elevated experiences on the course and work closely with the Director of Golf.

Ideal candidates bring a golf operations background, instruction experience, and strong communication with members and guests. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth within Arcis Golf.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Director of Golf.
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, and other charges; facilitate proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.
