Job summary

Bay Hills Golf Club is seeking a driven, team-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This role offers hands-on experience across all facets of the operation and advancement within a rapidly evolving club environment.

You will deliver outstanding member service, assist with daily shop operations, support tournaments, and provide instruction while upholding golf etiquette and professionalism. Candidates with PGA/PGM interest encouraged.

Qualifications

• PGA Members, Associates, PGM students encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; eagerness to grow in golf operations.
• Prior golf operations experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests.
• Assist with daily golf shop operations (merchandising, POS, tee sheets).
• Support tournaments and events from planning through completion.
