Oyster Harbors Club in Osterville, MA is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day operations, tournament logistics, merchandising, instruction, and starting daily play while playing with members. This role offers a clear 2–5 year progression toward Head Golf Professional as you develop leadership and service skills.

Starting Date: April 2027. You will report to the Head Golf Professional, work with the Professional Team, and contribute to a culture focused on exceptional

Qualifications

• Motivated, hardworking, team player
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to grow into Head Golf Professional
• Experience in or exposure to golf operations a plus

Responsabilités

• Maintain constant communication with the Head Golf Professional and the Professional Team
• Provide exceptional member and guest service
• Assist with tournament operations: Men’s, Women’s, Mixed and Juniors
• Be heavily involved with daily play, starting and pace of play
• Engage with the New England PGA Section and golf operations
• Represent Oyster Harbors Club as an ambassador
