Experience Required

• PGA Members are strongly encouraged to apply
• 3+ years' experience at a Private high end 18-hole facility
• PGA or LPGA Member in good standing

Essential Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities of the position :

• Personal Organization
• High level of attention to detail
• High level of communication skills
• Member relations
• Tournament & Event execution at high level
• Oversee and maintain organization of the 1 st tee
• Accurate & precise billing of all golf related fees in Northstar
• Help and enforce proactively on-time Member pace of play
• Inventory management of Golf Shop
• Merchandising and display building
• Work in proactive fashion with Members and their needs
• Effectively communicate with Members and staff alike
• Assist with receiving and merchandising soft and hard goods
• A team player is a must
• Be coachable

Annual Reviews by Director of Golf along with 30,60, 90 day benchmarking.
