Twice is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to deliver first-class service to our private club members and guests. You will maintain a high-visibility presence, assist with tournaments and member events, and uphold the club’s standards of presentation and hospitality at The Covey and Big Easy Ranch.

The role emphasizes member experience, teamwork, and professional development within a prestigious setting, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• PGA Associate or Class A membership preferred or pursuing PGA education.
• Passion for golf and delivering member/guest experiences.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, first-class service to every member and guest.
• Maintain a visible presence to proactively assist players.
• Resolve service opportunities with discretion and urgency.
• Assist in organizing and executing tournaments, member events, and club programming.
• Ensure golf operation facilities, practice areas, and spaces are maintained to high standards.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures for daily activities.
• Support instructional programs, clinics, junior golf, and player development initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and urgency in responsibilities.
• Anticipate member and guest needs and seek opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Represent The Covey at Big Easy Ranch with professionalism and hospitality.

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or Class A Membership preferred, or a demonstrated commitment to pursuing PGA education.
• Passion for the game of golf and delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special club events as business needs require.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing operational demands.

• Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise and consistently look for opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Represent The Covey at Big Easy Ranch with the highest level of professionalism while contributing to a culture of excellence and unreasonable hospitality.
