Job summary

Hope Valley Country Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a full-time golf shop role. The successful candidate will drive merchandise promotions, manage shop orders, assist tournament operations, keep logs, and process customer transactions.

Strong golf skills and weekend/holiday availability are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and POS systems, plus understanding of club financials, will help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in golf and able to play at a high level.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and club POS systems.
• Understanding of club financials.
• Experience in evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of shop inventory.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, specials events, and times when sales are slow.
• Ordering supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
• Assisting the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
• Maintaining all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc).
• Completing customer transactions.
