Sharon Heights Golf & CC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Golf Shop Assistant to support daily club operations and member experiences. You will handle memberships, tee sheets, purchases, and guest inquiries, ensuring a first-rate pro shop environment.

Join a private golf club that values professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and golf knowledge. Duties include event support, inventory management, and assisting with repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience at a private club preferred.
• PGA Class A Member or Associate/Student in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support golf department policies and daily administration.
• Manage Tee Sheets and check in Members and Guests.
• Assist in Golf Shop operations and guest inquiries.
• Be a hospitable pro shop contact during hours.
• Coordinate shipments for the Golf Shop.
• Support staff with events and play experiences.
• Assist with club repairs and inventory controls.
• Contribute to the Golf Shop environment and member engagement.
