Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day golf operations and elevate the member and guest experience at Onion Creek Club in Austin, TX. You will promote an exceptional golf experience and contribute to programs that grow players and enjoyment of the game.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater is required.
• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify players/guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges.
• Monitor reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop and oversee tournaments and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating staff to meet objectives.
