Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks an Assistant Golf Professional at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio, TX to elevate member and guest experiences. You will support day-to-day golf operations and promote a memorable golf experience with passion for the game.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations with the Head Golf Professional, managing bookings and pace of play, and developing programs for golfers and instruction. A season of growth and customer service focus is expected.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track and verify players, golf cars, club care, and charges; facilitate controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff.
