King & Bear at WGV in Saint Augustine, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join its hospitality-focused property. You will oversee maintenance and construction, manage staff, validate budgets, and ensure turf is kept to standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's or AA in agronomy/ horticulture/ plant/soil science and 3–4 years of related experience, with valid driver’s license and pesticide license; strong knowledge of MS Office is preferred. Troon operates globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or AA in agronomy/ horticulture/ plant/ soil science.
• 3–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Degree preference in agronomy/ horticulture/ plant/ soil science.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the maintenance and construction of the golf course to established standards.
• Supervises and assists maintenance staff in daily duties.
• Manages annual maintenance budget and capital plans; ensures costs stay within budget.
