Sun 'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring, FL, is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support the maintenance team and advance agronomic practices on a 36-hole semi-private course.

Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you will help oversee day-to-day maintenance, schedules, budgeting, and safety, while helping with club landscaping. This position is part of the Troon family, offering exposure to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains foreman, irrigation technician, and other employees in the maintenance department.
• Prepares weekly schedules for foreman, irrigation staff, and other maintenance employees.
• Monitors inventory and use of maintenance equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety training.
• Works closely with the Superintendent to manage the annual budget and maintenance recordkeeping.

Compensation

$50,000.00 -$60,000.00 based on experience.

Summary

As a key member of the property's golf course maintenance team, the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent. This role assists with the day-to-day oversight of maintenance and agronomic practices across the 36-hole semi-private golf course, adjacent grounds, and the clubhouse landscaping and maintenance complex.
