Job summary

Old Shores in Florida’s panhandle is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support the GC Superintendent in leading the team and agronomic practices to deliver a world-class golf experience. You will work with an experienced crew through grow-in to full operation, ensuring the land is cared for and turf performs at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 3 years golf course maintenance, supervisory and/or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in agronomic plan development, team leadership, budget planning, fiscal management, and agronomic task management.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual maintenance budget and operating plan; implement per company policies to contain costs.
• Plan and implement staffing schedules to meet standards at minimum cost.
• Supervise and perform maintenance to keep the golf course in proper playing condition.
