Job summary

Eurest USA in Frisco, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in budgeted operations, client satisfaction, and team leadership. You will drive safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while cultivating strong relationships with staff, guests, and the client across the facility.

Ideal candidates have multi-unit management experience in upscale food service, strong leadership, and budgetary acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years upscale food service experience, including one year in multi-unit management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training and coaching abilities.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations with the General Manager to meet budget and client expectations.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs across the account.
• Foster growth and development of the team and promote interdepartmental collaboration.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and food costs while ensuring quality.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and proper food handling procedures.
• Coordinate with chefs and other departments to improve service and safety.
