Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Edina, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will grow into a General Manager role. This growth position partners with the GM to lead store operations, guest experience, and team development.

You will foster a joyful, high-performance culture, manage daily tasks, and drive sales while developing your leadership skills. The role is designed to prepare you for district-wide responsibilities within the Caribou brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities
