Job summary

Via 313 Pizzeria Lehi is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, partner with the General Manager, and build a strong team culture that delivers memorable guest experiences.

Base salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually with a potential annual bonus up to $6,500 ($500 per period). Must have 2–3 years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
