Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and execute the Via 313 brand experience each shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while building a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards.
