Huey Magoo’s in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced assistant general manager to support the GM in directing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest service. The AGM will supervise staff, deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate clear business objectives.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can step in when the GM is unavailable. You will participate in training, motivate teams, and foster teamwork while maintaining strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
