High Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Ewing, NJ. This role oversees front desk and food & beverage operations to ensure top quality service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop teams, manage scheduling across shifts including weekends, and drive revenue with a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years hotel operations experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience across front desk, housekeeping, F&B or overall hotel ops preferred.
• Food handler certification preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in selecting, training and developing front desk and related staff.
• Oversee front desk tasks: check-ins, checkouts, reservations, folios and resolutions.
• Manage inventory and ordering for market areas and brand outlets.
• Maximize room revenue with suggestive selling and revenue analysis.
• Ensure staffing coverage and alignment with schedules across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
