Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team and oversee high-volume restaurant operations with a focus on guest experiences, quality and service excellence. You will support the General Manager, manage budgets, supervise managers and staff, and drive profitability.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership in fine dining, excellent communication, and the ability to train and develop a diverse team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of prior high-volume, fine dining Restaurant Manager or above restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the General Manager and oversees daily operations.
• Manage department budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Lead restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, train and develop team members across the front and back of house.
