A leading quick-service restaurant brand is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves supervising daily operations and managing a team to ensure exceptional customer service. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be capable of lifting heavy objects. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to KFC standards and policies.
• Lead and manage a team, supporting RGM with training and scheduling.
• Manage inventory and maintain food safety protocols.
• Oversee financial aspects, including cash management and expense control.
