Whippoorwill Club in Armonk, NY seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and partner with the General Manager and leadership team. Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in a premier private club or hospitality environment.
• Visible, approachable leadership style.
• Proven record of recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining front-of-house teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen including budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across operations and strategic projects.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Improve financial performance via cost controls and labor management.
• Coordinate cross-department planning for seamless member experience.
• Balance daily operations with capital projects oversight.
• Build strong relationships with department heads and employees.
• Deliver improved daily operations and member service in the first year.
• Enable the GM to focus on strategic priorities by owning daily execution.
