Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in the school site interscholastic sports program.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate sports activities and training workouts, and coach individuals.
• Instruct and demonstrate movement techniques to achieve proficiency in the sport.
• Observe participants during practice to detect and correct errors.
• Instruct, explain and enforce health and safety rules and regulations.
• Develop physical conditioning programs to maximize performance.
• Review injuries and determine return-to-play timing.
• Select or assist in the selection of uniforms and equipment.
• Assess team skills and devise game strategies.
