Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager in Florence, SC to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the GM, manage costs, and mentor a high-performing team across our growing concepts.

This role emphasizes people development, community partnerships, and maintaining our standards of food quality and service excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably upscale.
• Proven track record of motivating teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for guests, team, and partners.
• Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
