Position Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Current Serv Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and walking long distances.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Combination of practical experience and education considered.
• Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Availability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment, based on business needs.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.
