Sun Tan City - Metallic Tan is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon on track, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines. You’ll drive daily operations, sales, and service standards while modeling professionalism and a positive attitude.

You’ll lead by example, develop promotions, and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, with a clear path for growth into salon leadership as the business expands.
