Our location in Tampa International Airport is now hiring an Assistant General Manager, full time salaried.

The ideal candidate will have retail and sales experience and a desire to join an exciting, energetic, and trend-setting airport concessionaire. This role drives the company’s key performance metrics by delivering an exceptional customer store experience through the associates they manage.

Position Description Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily execution of:

  • Providing First Class Service to every customer
  • Driving the company’s brand loyalty
  • Partnering with the General Manager to ensure consistent and timely execution of company policies and procedures
  • Providing leadership to various teams, including and not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management of team members.
  • Being accountable for KPIs as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Put the customer first at all times (internal and external)
  • Be a best-in-class service role model and champion by providing on-the-job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
  • Proficiency in POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, and bending.
