Position Description Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily execution of:

  • Providing First Class Service to every customer
  • Drive the company’s brand loyalty
  • Partnering with the General Manager to ensure consistent and timely execution of company policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership to various teams, including and not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management of team members.
  • Accountable for KPIs as assigned
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Put the customer first at all times (internal and external)
  • Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
  • Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
  • POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
