Job summary

Pizza Ranch - North Liberty is seeking a FunZone Manager to assist the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations and delivering a legendary guest experience in our FunZone Arcade.

You’ll drive store profitability by managing gaming operations, prize inventory, and labor costs while caring for both team members and guests during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of staffing and training for FunZone Attendants.
• Plan, market, and organize group events and parties, including reservations, guest communication, and staffing.
• Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control of the Redemption Center.
• Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of FunZone systems and games.
• Minimize game downtime through proper maintenance and service coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the FunZone and games.
• Utilize reporting systems to monitor and drive FunZone profitability.
• Build community engagement through partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
