Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Utah who will oversee daily restaurant operations and lead front and back-of-house teams. This role offers a defined career path, a schedule with two fixed days off each week, and a no-Sundays policy, aligning work-life balance with our culture.

You will mentor staff, foster a positive, guest-focused environment, and drive performance toward our quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Form authentic relationships with guests.
