Job summary

HeadPinz & FastTrax Entertainment Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations across all departments and ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences. This full-time exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership and accountability in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The AGM will supervise safety, regulatory adherence, staffing, and guest flow while maintaining operational discipline and driving financial performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in supervisory or management roles in entertainment, hospitality, or related settings.
• Proven track record enforcing safety policies and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and regulatory standards daily.
• Direct daily operations across Guest Services, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and facilities.
• Lead by example, coach staff, and uphold SOPs and safety checklists.
• Oversee alcohol service, certifications, and incident handling.
• Support GM with performance management and on-duty leadership when required.
