Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 2 years experience in a senior ops/logistics role.
• 2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating and promoting staff.
• 4 years senior management experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the area business plan to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety, and improvements.
• Forecast and follow up on staffing workload and performance to meet demands.
• Monitor expenses, asset utilization, and analyze business reports against budget.
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates; hire, promote, coach and evaluate staff.
• Act as a community liaison and champion company programs and events.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field

2 years experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment

2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates

4 years experience in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment
