Café Zupas in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and coach a motivated team in a fast-paced setting. You will cultivate an authentic, guest-focused experience and ensure efficiency across front and back of house.

This role offers a fixed two-day-off weekly schedule with no Sundays, a quarterly bonus plan, 401K and full benefits, plus a defined career path with six raises toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
