Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Schedule, manage labor, and assist with local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Ensure food safety practices and restaurant standards are consistently met.
• Oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends/holidays.
