Job summary

Krystal is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Auburn, AL to lead restaurant operations with energy and a guest-first mindset. You will coach shift leaders, drive WOW service, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold Krystal's PRIDE values in daily practice.

You’ll balance people development with financial goals, execute local promotions, and ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers growth toward general management within a fast-paced, guest-centric team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
