Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred.
• Leading a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and coach teams to deliver great food and guest experiences.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Ensure food safety, inventory, and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Drive operational excellence through leadership and teamwork.
• Open, mid, and closing shifts as part of a variable schedule, including weekends/holidays.
