Krystal is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, energize the team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will guide performance, coach shifts and recruit talent to uphold Krystal standards.

As a Brand Champion and operational leader, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager on planning, safety, and guest satisfaction, ensuring a high-energy and friendly work environment across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
